A full refund is possible if the user is not satisfied with the paid services and no funds from the payment have been spent. In this case, the user needs to write to us at support@cashbox.money. In the letter, you need to specify the data on the payment, for example, the payment number or the email address specified during payment. After verification, we will initialize the procedure for returning the payment and the user will receive a letter with a description of further actions to the mail specified during payment.
If some of the funds from the payment have been spent, then the withdrawal of the remaining funds is possible only after three weeks from the date of payment. To withdraw funds, the user must have an account in the WebMoney system, which must be linked to an account in CahBOX. Withdrawal of funds is carried out on the "Withdraw funds" page.
